1. Age Restriction
PrizeVaultSkill competitions are open only to participants who are 18 years of age or older.
By submitting an entry, the participant confirms that they are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
PrizeVaultSkill may request proof of age and identity where reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.
An entry submitted by a person under the age of 18 may be disqualified.
2. Competition Participation
Participants must follow the instructions displayed on the relevant competition page. Each competition may have its own requirements, closing date, entry fee and eligibility conditions.
3. Skill-Based Challenge
PrizeVaultSkill competitions require participants to complete a skill-based challenge. The challenge may involve observation, problem-solving, identifying a hidden target or another specified skill.
4. One Valid Entry
An entry must contain the information requested by PrizeVaultSkill and must satisfy the requirements of the relevant competition.
5. Entry Fee
The applicable entry fee will be displayed on the competition page. Payment must be successfully completed for an entry to be considered valid.
6. Closing Date
Every competition has a closing date and time. Entries submitted after the competition has closed will not normally qualify for consideration.
7. Maximum Entries
Where a competition has a maximum number of entries, participation will be subject to the available entry capacity displayed on the competition page.
8. Accuracy of Information
Participants must provide accurate and current information. PrizeVaultSkill may disqualify an entry where information is found to be false, misleading or fraudulent.
9. Winner Determination
Eligible entries will proceed to the winner-determination process specified for the relevant competition. The applicable process will be described in the competition information or Competition Rules.
10. Prize Claims
A selected winner may be required to provide reasonable information necessary to verify eligibility and arrange delivery or collection of the prize.
11. Disqualification
An entry may be disqualified where a participant breaches the competition rules, provides false information, attempts to manipulate the competition or engages in fraudulent or abusive activity.
12. Technical Problems
PrizeVaultSkill will take reasonable steps to maintain the website and competition system. Technical problems should be reported to support as soon as possible.
13. Changes or Cancellation
Where circumstances outside PrizeVaultSkill's reasonable control require a competition to be changed, postponed or cancelled, participants will be notified where reasonably possible and the applicable terms will be followed.
